LARGE HEAD PLANTER WORKSHOP - 3rd & 10th August 2024
Monte Lupo Studio - 269 Padstow Rd, Eight Mile Plains
Suitable for aged 16+
All levels of experience are welcome for this workshop, and all materials and equipment for the workshop will be supplied.
You don't need to bring anything on the day, except closed in shoes and clothes you don't mind getting decorated with clay.
The workshop is broken into two sessions running over 2 days 3rd and 10th August - 2024.
Morning Tea will be provided from the Monte Lupo Cafe
SESSION 1: Saturday 3rd August | 10pm - 1pm
You will be guided through the process of forming your own large head planter and giving your planter some personality through sculptural and texture making techniques and extra embellishments!SESSION 2: Saturday 10th August | 10pm - 1pm
You will be guided through the process of decorating your pieces, ready for firing.
After you have decorated your head planter, your piece will be fired by our talented team at Monte Lupo.
Your piece will be handled and fired by our staff with the utmost care. However, if breakages or kiln related mishaps occur, they will be repaired by our skilled staff. If it cannot be repaired, you will be offered an opportunity to make a new piece during studio time at no additional cost.
