Large Bust Sculpture
Suitable for aged 16+
All levels of experience are welcome for this workshop, and all materials and equipment for the workshop will be supplied.
You don't need to bring anything on the day, except closed in shoes and clothes you don't mind getting decorated with clay.
The workshop is broken into two sessions on Saturday 8th and 15th Febuary 2025.
Morning Tea will be provided...
SESSION 1: Saturday 8th Febuary| 9am - 1pm
You will be guided through the process of forming your own bust and giving your sculpture some personality through sculptural and texture making techniques and extra embellishments!The sculpture is approximately 50cm tall.
SESSION 2: Saturday 15th Febuary 2025| 10am - 1pm
You will be guided through the process of decorating your pieces, ready for firing.
After you have decorated your sculpture, your piece will be fired by our talented team at Monte Lupo Studio. Sculptures will then be ready to be collected approximately 2 weeks later.
Your piece will be handled and fired by our staff with the utmost care. However, if breakages or kiln related mishaps occur, they will be repaired by our skilled staff. If it cannot be repaired, you will be offered an opportunity to make a new piece during studio time at no additional cost.
Please note, we do not provide every underglaze colour. If there is a particular colour you want and we do not provide, please purchase your own from Pottery Supplies, Milton at your own expense.
